How much sleep do you get?

Have you checked your sleep cycle? There are tons of wristbands available that you can sync with your computer or phone to check how “restless” you are during sleep. This will track your activity to see if you are able to fall into a deep sleep. Technically when you are in a deep sleep you should have no muscle tone and therefore motionless. However if you are tossing and turning in your sleep (while not knowing it) your wristband will detect it and clock it. When you wake up you can check your sleep cycle and modify as needed. We enjoyed this article because it gets you thinking.

Do you wake up still tired? Checking your sleep cycle seems strange but you have to do it!! You will be surprised on how much “actual” REM sleep you are getting in a night. Read up on ways to maximize sleep. It is the only way to build neurons and build brain power. 🙂
